At Pediatric Legal Consult, LLC our fees are in line with national average pediatric expert witness rates published on SEAK, Inc. in 2021.  The fee schedule varies slightly depending on the type of work (medical review/report writing vs. deposition/trial). After your initial consultation, a retainer contract with a fee schedule will be provided.
