She enjoys teaching and creates an ideal learning environment by being approachable and encouraging questions.

I always love working with Dr. Haidar! She is who I would love to emulate as a pediatrician. Her bedside manner and rapport with her patients is always well-received and appreciated by families. She makes time to teach, even when there are only 15 minutes available. 

She is a fantastic teacher and always ready to teach and impart knowledge. 

Dr. Haidar is one of my favorite attendings. She is so, so kind and so, so smart. Not only does she teach so much, but she also respects residents’ time and rounds efficiently. 

Dr. Haidar is literally my favorite hospitalist at CHM. She is kind, calm, always prepared and very patient with both trainees and families alike. She is able to drop a quick impromptu lecture at the drop of a hat on almost any general pediatrics topic. She is genuinely an amazing person and role model for all residents. 

Dr. Haidar is a role model in every way. Her approach to patient care as well as interactions with residents is what I look up to. Appreciate all the teaching nuggets during rounds that help connect to patient scenarios and learn/remember better. 

Dr. Haidar has a good balance of teaching key points without having be overwhelming. She interacts very well with families and would speak to them with confidence when explaining the plans. 

Appreciate how Dr. Haidar is efficient, thoughtful and allows time for teaching. She makes sure she spends 30 minutes to teach topics that are relevant. 

Dr. Haidar is very patient and understanding while teaching. She is very supportive. 

So kind and approachable. She is a fantastic teacher and sets time aside for dedicated teaching.
